Beginnings of the Infovek Project

Beginnings of the Infovek Project at the end of 1998 and at the beginning of 1999 are a demonstration of co-operation of both the state and non-state sector. The vision was born in a non-profit NGO – the Association of the Infovek Project. However, the vision would not have been possible to become a reality without the support of the state – the Ministry of Education, parliament as well as the Government of the Slovak Republic. The private sector is becoming more and more involved in the project through the commercial companies, which understand that the need of the educated young generation is necessary for the prosperous society.
